Your satisfaction with Traditions Gifts & Collectibles is our number one concern. We offer quality merchandise from some of the best lines in the industry, but occasionally an item may need to be returned. If for any reason you need to return an item that you have purchased within 14 days of the shipment date, please follow these instructions carefully - there will be no exceptions:
- Call, email or fax us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. We will deduct a 20% restocking fee for any item(s) returned without prior authorization.
- Merchandise may only be returned in saleable condition, using the original carton and packing material and with any certification intact.
- Address the package to the "shipped from" location on the packing slip.
- Indicate on the packing slip the item and quantity being returned, and a brief explanation why you are returning the merchandise.
- Place the packing slip inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packing tape.
- Write the return authorization number on the outside of the carton.
- All merchandise shipped by Traditions Gifts & Collectibles is tracked either by serial number, edition number, ultra-violet markings, or china pen markings. All claims must be made prior to the removal of any markings. Any claims made against merchandise that does not bear the same numbers or marking will be refused and no credit will be issued.
Packages should be returned via UPS Ground or U.S Postal Service. Please be sure to keep the tracking number of your return should the shipment need to be traced. Any collect shipments will be refused and returned to sender.
Once we have received your merchandise, we will notify you of the credit arrangements. An item may be returned for credit up to 14 days after your receipt of the merchandise. Once an item has been given a Return Authorization Number, the item must be returned to our store within 10 days or the package will be refused and no credit will be given - No Exceptions.
- Full credit for the item's cost will be available for returns authorized within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise and returned within 10 days. A credit to your charge account or in-store merchandise credit is available when merchandise is received by Lauchnor's Gifts & Collectables.
- It is our policy that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you pay shipping charges to return any merchandise.
No Replacement or Credit will be given under the following conditions:
- The request was made after 14 days from the receipt date.
- The item is not returned within 10 days from the authorization date.
- The item is returned without the original box and all paperwork.
- Items that are special ordered, along with collector society items ordered with a customers membership number, are not exchangeable (as they are not stocked items and we cannot return them).
Damaged Merchandise:
In the event that your purchase was damaged, a claim must be reported to us within 10 days of shipment date. Limited Editions will be replaced if possible. If no replacement is available, a credit or refund will be issued to the buyer.
