Who is Traditions Gifts & Collectibles?
We are a family owned and operated business with one location in the Allentown, PA area and have been in the gift and collectibles business for the last 20 years.
Do you offer Lay-Away?
Yes, we offer a 60 day Lay-Away plan. To use the lay-away, you must first put down a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total value of the purchase, and then pay the item off within 60 days. We can automatically charge your credit card or you can send a check or money order for future payments. A receipt will be sent for every payment made on your layaway so you know where you stand. After 60 days, customers will be notified of the deadline for the balance of the Lay-Away merchandise and arrangements will be made. There is no charge for this service.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, but we offer FREE shipping in the continental US for a minimum order of $100.00.
How do you ship merchandise?
All continental US orders are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS and insured ("signature required" available for a nominal $2.00 fee). Overnight and 2nd Day delivery is available for an additional charge. *Upgraded charges are estimates only. If your upgraded shipping charge is more than the estimate, you will be notified before any additional charges are billed to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the cost for shipping international orders varies from country to country, as well as for size and weight. We accept only credit cards for international orders and shipping is charged onto your credit card after the item ships. The amount will be for the exact amount charged by the U.S. Postal Service. A separate receipt will then be mailed to you .
What are your methods of payment?
Traditions Gifts & Collectibles accepts major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover. Payment for your order can also be made via cash, certified check, money order or personal check. Personal checks may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank in which case the item would not ship until the check has cleared.
